     BIOGRAPHY: Christoph Piquart (father of Joseph Pecar) and his wife Marie Guerinot were born in France in the very early 1800's. The surname spelling was changed when they immigrated to the United States in 1847 and settled in Milton, Trimble Co, KY. 38
