     10----SANDRA KAY BURTON, lived in El Cahon, San Diego Co, CA in 1964.

09----BARBARA JEAN GARRIOTT [b. 16 Apr 1933, Harris, Sullivan Co, MO], m. Glen Delbert LONG [b. 16 Apr 1932, Trenton, Grundy Co, MO; d. 27 Mar 1965- age 32, bur. Halfrock Cemetery], the son of Sampson LONG and Rachel FEWIN, on 16 Apr 1951. They lived in Peoria, Maricopa Co, AZ, had four children.
    Barbara second married Frank TROWER [b. 27 Dec 1927].

     1920 Franklin, Grundy Co, MO census: has (all b. MO) Charley E Garett 27, Carpenter-House; Greeta M Garett 21; and Frances M Garett 5.

     1940 Harris, Jay Twp, Sullivan Co, MO census: has Charles Garriett 46, b. MO, Carpenter-General Building; May Garriett 31, b. KS; and Barbara Fean Garriett 7, b. MO.

     MILITARY: 23 "Charley" entered service on 22 Jul 1918 at Princeton, MO. He was discharged on 24 Jan 1919 at Camp Funston, Riley Co, KS. His discharge papers describe him as 25-9/12 years of age, by occupation a laborer. He had brown eyes, black hair, dark complexion, and was 5'-9" in height. He signed his name as Charley Edward Garriott, [US 3.973.166; WW/SC 1.723.301].

     BIOGRAPHY: Charles lived at Halfrock, Mercer Co, MO during the early part of his married life. When he returned from WW1 he lived at Spickard, where he was a carpenter and worked for the Rock Island Railroad. He worked at carpentry and plastering with his father and brother, Chet, at Trenton, Grundy Co, MO.
