     1974 OBITUARY: (Sgt John William "Tom" Bechtold) Husband of Helen Bechtold. World War II veteran. Worked for Mobil Oil Corporation (now ExxonMobil) at the now-defunct Augusta refinery. He was survived by his wife and four children (Carol Clemence née Bechtold, Tom Bechtold, Cathy Ponder née Bechtold, Leslie Machado née Bechtold).

     1978 DEATH: Goldia died of multiple fractures suffered in an automobile accident. She was dead on arrival at the Susan B Allen Memorial Hospital in El Dorado, KS. William's death was listed as Bacterial Pneumonia, although he was hospitalized for leukemia at the time of his death.

     1997 OBITUARY: (Helen Louise Larcom Bechtold) Wife of John W "Tom" Bechtold. Survived by four children (Carol Clemence née Bechtold, Tom Bechtold, Cathy Ponder née Bechtold, Leslie Machado née Bechtold) and five grandchildren (Christopher Clemence, Jonathan Clemence, Luke Ponder, Russell Ponder, Lance Machado).
