     2006 BIOGRAPHY: Angie Joan Garriott, 92, passed away peacefully in her sleep in Colorado Springs on November 21, 2006. The daughter of Italian immigrants, Angie lived a long and productive life. A Colorado Springs native, she loved her family and friends, cooking and her dogs. She has left a true legacy in her deeply loved children , grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Angie survived her first husband, Guido Marchetti, by 65 years and her second husband, Robert Garriott who preceded her in death in 2002. She is survived by her four children, Virginia (Theodore) Biggie; Mary Lee (Jerry) Hager both of Colorado Springs; Robert Garriott of San Francisco and Pamela Zimmerman of Denver. She also leaves behind a brother, Dom Romano and a sister, Londie Kidwell, both of Denver, Colorado. She has six grandchildren, Cynthia (Terry) Jones of Colorado Springs; Jennifer (Rus) Peotter of Chesterfield, MA; Jessica Biggie of Cape Cod, MA; Mark (Sandee) Rutt of Fort Collins; Theodore(Nathalie) Biggie of Austin, Texas and Luke Castanien of Denver. Visitation will be on Sunday, November 26th from 3 to 6pm with a Rosary at 5 pm at the Swan-Law Funeral Home, 501 N Cascade, Colorado Springs. A Memorial Service at Corpus Christi Church, 2318 N Cascade at 11am Monday, November 27th followed by the burial at Evergreen Cemetery.      1982 OBITUARY: Gertrude Hadley Garriott. A Plainfield native, Gertrude Hadley Garriott, 85, died Saturday, March 6 at Kennedy Memorial Home, Martinsville. Mrs Garriott, who formerly resided at Indianapolis, lived at Plainfield before moving to the nursing home. She was in the clerical area of International Typographical Union 33 years before retirement in 1959. Ms Garriott was a member of the Plainfield Christian Church.
    Survivors include a daughter, Mrs Glen (Louise) Hoffbauer, Indianapolis; a sister, Mrs Beryl Jessup, Martinsville; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 am Wednesday, March 10 at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield. Rev Bill Watson will officiate at the funeral and burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. Contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
