     1919 WILL: [Trimble Co, KY, Will Book 3/47, dated August 1919] This will refers to wife Chella, and their children: Walter Stevenson Garriott, William Andrew Garriott, and Lela Effie Garriott. A son by a previous marriage, Clarence Victor Garriott, received $20 as his full share and interest in the estate, "It is not my desire that he should share in my estate equally with my other children on the account of his disobedience to me and the manner in which he has treated myself and the other members of my family for many years." Will offered for probate on 3 Mar 1947.

William L Garriott on 31 Aug 1894, 3 children: Walter S, William Andrew Garriott, and Mrs Nelson (Lela Effie) Barnes, a bro. Walter Ogden, 2 sis. Mrs Lizzie Detchner and Mrs Aurora Brown.

Jennie Brown, 1 son Clarence Garriott. m. 2nd on 31 Aug 1894 to Chella Ogden, who died 4 years ago, 3 ch. Walter, Andrew Garriott and Mrs Nelson Barnes. Survived by ch, 2 sisters Mrs Millie Abbott and Mrs Lee Abbott.
