    1907 DEATH: According to Julia R Fitzpatrick, her name was Minnie Pearl Morris and she shot herself, despondent over going deaf. 11

    1909 MOVE TO CANADA: Simeon Francis and his brother, Delwin Ray, immigrated to Canada in 1909 and each purchased a section of land in the wheat belt of Alberta from the Canadian Pacific Railway.
